In September 2024 I visited the Pianowerkes store to purchase an upright piano. I haven’t played for several years after moving to New Mexico from Florida. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a used piano if I found one … More that suited my needs. While looking at the used selection which was considerable I saw that a new Kawai K15 was being set up. I inquired whether the piano was already sold and it was not. Anthony, the Pianowerkes sales rep, quote a sale price which was extremely good. I want to point out that there was no pressure tactics whatsoever. I was given all the time I wanted to try out as many pianos as I wanted. Anthony did not hover over me or try to steer me to something I wasn’t interested in. I purchased the K15 and it was delivered 3 business days later. The sale and delivery was smooth and went without a hitch. I love the Kawai piano that I purchased and I highly recommend Pianowerkes to anyone who may be considering purchasing a piano.
